It’s been about a year since my last personal post and things are going well over here in the great state of Texas. I can’t tell you how happy I am, both in my marriage and in my personal life. I married the best man I know, who supports every decision that I make and loves me unconditionally, which makes me feel overwhelmed with gratitude. I am beyond blessed! Career wise, I am still working toward my Rad Tech degree and currently volunteer my time at a local hospital in the Radiology department, gathering as much information as I can in order to help me along when it comes time to enter the Radiology program. As much as I love shooting weddings and photo sessions, I find the medical field quite intriguing, and always have. I have a feeling I have found my calling. If you think about it, photography is basically reflected light rays from the object to expose the film to produce an image. In radiography, X-rays that pass through an object to expose the film to produce an image. Both of these fields produce images to help people or make them happy. So, in a sense, radiography allows me to do both.
